I find Bradford Cox of Atlas Sound to be quite the interesting human being. He’s known for his stream-of-consciousness approach to songwriting, quirkiness, and unique physique. Parallax, his newest effort, is exquisite. However, while listening to it I wonder at what expense did its loveliness cost? I hear loneliness amidst the beauty, and that makes for a wonderfully enigmatic listening experience.
